A Culture Built Around Fingers?

The finger people, also known as the digitati, were a group of people who lived in medieval Europe and were known for their unusual customs and beliefs.

According to legend, the finger people believed that the hand was the most sacred part of the body, and as such, they would often adorn their fingers with intricate tattoos and piercings. Some even went so far as to amputate their own fingers in order to achieve their desired look.

Despite their strange practices, the finger people were actually highly respected members of medieval society. They were known for their skill in the art of divination, and were often sought after by kings and nobles for their insights into the future.

The finger people also had a strong sense of community and would often gather together to celebrate their unique culture. They would hold elaborate festivals and ceremonies, during which they would dance, sing, and tell stories about their history and beliefs.

Despite their distinctive customs, the finger people eventually assimilated into mainstream medieval society and their unique culture was lost to history. Today, little is known about the finger people and their fascinating way of life. However, their legacy lives on in the stories and legends passed down through the generations.
